These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Vibeteam platform and its services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you do not have permission to access the Service.

The Vibeteam Service is a platform that enables users to manage and optimize their AI development workflows. We offer features such as AI code review, chat analysis, task management, and development assistance to help teams improve their development efficiency and security.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete at all times when you use the Service. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, we have the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Service (or any portion thereof).

You agree to use the Service in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations and agree that you are responsible for ensuring that all users of your account (if any) comply with these Terms.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Vibeteam and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Vibeteam.

When you register for our Service using a corporate email address (an email address associated with a company domain), you acknowledge and agree that we may display your company's logo and name as part of our client testimonials and success stories on our website, marketing materials, and promotional content.

This usage is intended to showcase our diverse client base and the trust that companies place in our Service. We will use your company's logo and name in a professional and appropriate manner that reflects positively on both your organization and our Service.

If you do not wish for your company's logo to be used in this manner, you may opt out at any time by contacting us at company@futurehrinc.com. Upon receiving your opt-out request, we will remove your company's logo from our promotional materials within 30 business days.

This provision does not grant us any additional rights to your company's intellectual property beyond the specific promotional use described above.

In no event shall Vibeteam, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, partners, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, procurement of substitute goods or services; loss of use, data, or profits; or business interruption. These limitations shall apply regardless of whether the damages arise from use or misuse of and reliance on our Service, from any products we sell, or from any actions we take (including, but not limited to, negligence).

We may, in our sole discretion, at any time and for any or no reason, discontinue, modify, or suspend the Service (or any part thereof) with or without prior notice. This includes, but is not limited to, changes to the Service's features, availability, or technology. We also reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice to you. You agree that we shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have had between us regarding the Service.
